Charles Joseph Briscoe: The Illegitimate son of King George IV?

While scanning through an old microfilm copy of the St. Andrews Beacon newspaper for 16 November 1905, I stumbled upon an interesting article entitled "Royal Secret Revealed" which told the story of a possible illegitimate son of King George IV that once lived in St. Andrews, Charlotte Co., New Brunswick.
